- Love Red Red Meat/Califone? Love Rex/Curtis Harvey? Of course you do. This album combines the best efforts from both musical entities. Melancholy and incoherent lyrics-wise, but who needs em? Closer "Blind" is one of my favorite songs.
If you're only familiar w/ either RRM or Curtis, this is an excellent "gateway" album to the other. Can't recommend it enough. - Criminally unheard album from a bunch of Chicago area geniuses. This thing is one of my all time favorites. Dreamworthy from start to finish. One of the rare albums I own on CD as well as vinyl. Just can't say enough good things about this record. The vinyl version was released 2 years ago - 20 years after it's original CD only release. You should own this.
