What a fantastic gem! Not only is the music great, the pressing and sound quality are as well. The album is well-engineered and the recording is clear, detailed, and doesn't suffer from the lean bottom end that some of these 70's jazz titles usually lack. Tonally balanced with a vast soundstage and instrument space. My copy is very quiet with only some faint surface noise towards the end of side 2. The music itself is enjoyable and immersive. I want to play it again, which is something, for me, that tends to be hit or miss with jazz titles from this era.
