agree with comment that there is a lot of surface noise. definitely disruptive to songs like Heroin but the dynamics are solid.

Wasn't crazy about the Back to Black pressing. I felt the sound was a bit too clean and compressed, especially Lou's vocals. Got this earlier reissue and I can happily say it sounds great — you can really hear that edgy, anxiousness in Lou's voice, as well as the lo-fi sound that is so fundamental to the original recording.

This sounds good. Loyal to what I've always known of this record (first heard in the late 80s). No scary messing in the mastering studio here. Sound is full compact and powerful, volume high. Very happy with this copy.

From what I gathered looking around this is a Scorpio pressing, has the same matrix and likely the same mothers as the yellow version. if you're looking for a cheap, good sounding pressing of this album, this is it.

Yes, I've discovered that I also have a copy with these run out/matrix numbers. Anyone have any additional information?

The release pics don´t show a promo, nor is it the torso cover.
                Are pics or description wrong?
