If you are searching for the standard Saint Etienne poppy, "British sound", danceable, hits, or even good songs here, you're out of luck. These are all B- sides, discarded tracks from albums, experimental tracks, remakes, questionable remixes, and lots of forgettable instrumentals. There are other "albums" and EPs that SE has released and are full of similar material (Continental, Places to Visit, You Need A Mess.., Sound Of Water, and Interlude) but contain better songs - or at least up to 40% good material there. I'd stay away from Remix albums (Casino Classics) as they contain even worse remixes that will be a struggle just to sit to listen through them. Of the acceptable albums I mentioned above, try to get the CDs. They are cheap. But the vinyl only if they strike a chord in you.
