Notes
First issue with side 2 centre label misprint: track B2 erroneously marked with "3." as like the track B3, thus there are tracks: 1., 3. and 3. again. Disc comes in gatefold cover with lyrics on the left side of the inner spread (not double cardboard), the right side constructed to contain disc, with opening in the middle, inside loader.
Catalogue number 63752 appears on spine, front and back cover, the extended one, S 63752, on centre labels.
Track A3 title shortened to: "DEATH OF DON QUIXOTE" on centre label.
Track B3 title printed with dash instead of colon: "Pinky – A Mystery Cycle" on centre labels and with hyphen: "Pinky: A Mystery-Cycle" in the lyrics, the track title taken over from the track list on the inner spread.
