Is there a new 2021 repress? I bought my copy from jpc.de end of March and it stated when i ordered it, that it is in reproduction and will ship mid April. It arrived today and up to now, i really have nothing to complain about. It also has the new cut hypesticker on it. Barcode is: 5099963622010 and it is a gatefold cover.
Can somebody contribute or is it the 2018 RP/RM? Thanks!

I'm not a golden ear guy, but the Sure Thing is totally distorted. Also last tune What You Think About... is slightly distorted on bass "booms". Are there any good copies? Wandering to give another shot or just ask to refund money.

I was having buzzing problems with C1, but now it plays fine for me after I gave my stylus a very thorough cleaning. My setup is a Numark TT-1+ with an Ortofon cartridge and Ortofon 10 stylus. I use ISO alcohol (91%) on a stylus brush to loosen junk, plus a gentle pass with a magic eraser. I use a 10x loupe to inspect the stylus tip. When the stylus looks perfectly clean, this record plays great.

Do not buy the Parlophone version of Tourist on vinyl, as the previous reviews suggest the track "Sure Thing" is so heavily distorted on the left channel it's completely unlistenable. Considering there are only 9 tracks on the record it's kind of a big deal. I'm surprised nobody pressing this version of the record at Parlophone caught this mistake before shipping, luckily I was able to return my copy...
