This is a huge disappointment, 180g heavy vinyls in a beautiful package all wasted due to poor recording/mastering. Sound is closed in, muffled, and lack of spark. Mr. Abbado did a wonderful job in Symphonie Fantastique with Chicago Symphony Orchestra I have that vinyl (https://www.discogs.com/release/2090333-Hector-Berlioz-Chicago-Symphony-Orchestra-Claudio-Abbado-Symphonie-Fantastique), it’s one of my all time favorite pieces in my collection. But this one? Simply huge let down (and expensive too). Sad.
