Edited one year agoLucky for me this LP has horrible surface noise and other playback issues including just some offensive country arrangements and the CHIPMUNK noise generators (Alvin, Simon, and Theodore)...Actually RECORDED in Nashville...Originally Ross did the Alvin voice and his records were funny and satirical and worked...This LP decades later totally misses the mark...Yuk...and that is a kind reference...Sidebar: The chipmunk names were the first names of the Liberty Record execs years ago...Onward to other more respectable VINYL choices...- Edited 3 years agoThis album encapsulates, exposes, and puts in perfect perspective EVERYTHING I ever hated about what happened to country music when I graduated high school. The best schlock spoof country album ever made.
I really wanted to like this one but all the tempos are off. B5 "On The Road Again" bpm is SO SLOW!! Original Willie song is 112 bpm this one is 88 bpm. wowowowe
