Mine's signed by Frank, so adjusted for today's inflation that makes it worth about a trillion dollars (OBO).- OMG I love this album listening to side 1 for the first time. I really get Zappa with this one. My favourite of Zappa so far....
Sounds surprisingly good for the age of the pressing and condition that I bought this in. Nice round bottom end and instrument separation. Has the requisite skip in Inca Roads, but that apparently is a common defect of this pressing.

Edited 3 years agoHis most accomplished work, IMO - the fusion of all he has done in one masterpiece, every element of his influences are here - classical, jazz, doo-wop, rock, and of course, humor !
Some of the early DiscReet pressings have an audible skip on "Inca Roads" (around minute 4:40, right after the guitar solo when the vocals come in), which appears to be a manufacturing glitch. I had it on two german pressings:
1) this one: https://www.discogs.com/Frank-Zappa-And-The-Mothers-Of-Invention-One-Size-Fits-All/release/12221367
2) probably this one: https://www.discogs.com/Frank-Zappa-And-The-Mothers-Of-Invention-One-Size-Fits-All/release/6718635 (I'm not sure - it's either this one, or any of the other german DiscReet repressings with "unkown" manufacturing year)
