mixture of viaggio pop N1,jazz in liberta and under pompelmo... Unfortunately organ parts are a bit stressful sometimes... in my opinion...I wished Antonio luciani would have been behind the Hammond.... Also the basslines are too repetitive for my 👂.... But if you like viaggio pop I'm sure you will like this one aswell...👆... For sure another hidden 💎

This elusive record is one of four releases on the enigmatic Ediphon (2) label, composed by Vittorio Nadalin and Luigi Zito using their Dansco (2) and Litoz pseudonyms. It was posted on the Boxes Of Toys blog in 2015 and the operator Cesare Barbetta claimed this is a holy grail and in his Italian library Top 10. After hearing the whole thing, I can understand how he could make such a statement. No matter what genre you are after, when looking for library records, this one is an unexpected surprise that will make your jaws drop. Fuzzy psych treats with super sleazy organ make this sound as raw and evil as it gets. Sounds even dirtier when pitched down to -3 or -4!

Like this was a score to a dirty Giallo with the meanest serial killer and a booze-drinking, lady-loving, naughty-being cop to slap the crooks ass like there was no tomorrow…

This record makes the so called holy grails Psychedelic And Underground Music and Under Pompelmo sound wimpy and sterile to my ears! Ostinazioni is on another level and a record that is craving for a professional reissue. Without a doubt, the best Ediphon! The sound quality on this ultra-heavyweight vinyl is phenomenal, too.
