- Great album, absolute classic in the collection. My pressing sounds really good, it’s clear and balanced. And the marble look is just amazing!!!
- Sounds good, can't complain as I haven't compared to the more 'audiophile' pressing. But in my system it sounds good.
Rega P6 - Ania Pro --> Rega Aria -- Moon ACE -- Concept 500 - My copy has 2-3 distortions on the first track on Side A that caught me off guard the first time I listened to it. Thankfully they're pretty close to the beginning of the song and the rest of the record sounds great.
- Distortions confirmed in my copy, but is just 2-3 digital artefacts in all side B. In general is very good pressing with great equilibrate sound.
- I don’t hear the distortion anyone else is mentioning on side two. Both sides are clean and quiet. Very pleased with the sound and the beautiful blue marble vinyl.
- Edited 3 years agoI only own this vinyl edition of "Kind of blue" and a CD version, but I can't hear any significant distortions on my LP. It´s a very quit vinyl press and high quality. But maybe some have the feeling that they hear quiet noise plumes on the 2nd piece of the B side, mainly in the right channel. But I really know these are just quiet brush noises on the snare drum. So I think this edition sounds great. What a great album in a kind of blue.
