Sounds like a Steely Dan album.
My limited edition 1031 gram White vinyl has a warp to it that makes it sound like Phish's Alter ego has went back in time & created something neat-o.

It all starts off in the lot when me and my boys are in a circle poundin' Aquavit while were blastin' Say It To Me S.A.N.T.O.S from my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Ya my Jeep is white and i know it gets dirty easily but f*** it, the Nordettes love that shit. As we pass around our fat f***ing bottle of Mead , we just scope out hotties while we try to ward off all other loser Clefs, as the Nordettes flock to my Jeep like a fucking watering hole in the desert. SLUTS. Me and my Bro's don't even head in until the 3rd song. As we walk in I stick in a fatty dip of whale blubber and simultaneously smoke a cig and drink the rest of my warm Aquavit. So were in the show. We start just pushing our way to the front. Lights. Kasvot Växt. Greenlandish dude on drums. Guomundurson on Saxophone. SLUTS. By this point every song sounds just the fucking same as the other one. But I know Jules is fuggin killin' it anyways. I grab this girl next to me and we makeout for a solid 15min during Death Don’t Hurt Very Long. I finally push that herring smelling nord off and low and behold some other slut starts grabbin my ass. After that I head to the bathroom with my bros and wait in line for 20 mins. We head back to our spot and some jackass is standing there. I'm about to bust his ugly Ted Danson lookin' face in, but before I can he whips out a joint and offers me and my crew to smoke up. He tells me he's there watching his daughter and her friends that are all in high school. Next thing I know I wake up in my Jeep with my Korv hanging out of my zipper. Now this has happened to me before so it doesn't even phase me. I just pop in a sick 81' Kasvot Växt vinyl and f***ing cruise home.

Have always loved this album!!!! lost my copy when i moved back state side in 1991 is was signed by Jules Haugen, Cleif Jårvinen, and Georg Guomundurson but not Horst as he was never around. If anyone finds a copy of i rokk with just those three signatures its probably mine and will pay shipping for it.

Saw them live 4 times in 1983 once in Kristiansand on the coast, twice in Sønderborg and another show in Iceland at Fljótsdalshreppur mind blowing to say the least. .

This album, seemingly born in the past but living in the future, and seemingly existing only in the imagination of itself, manages to both blur lines of reality and fiction AND bend space time onto itself. Plus it produced a beautiful buzz upon second playback and made me realize that perception is indeed spoon fed

Seems like nobody can find a copy of this album so I'll throw something else out there. What if the Kasvot Växt never came back to ground but instead kept climbing, to the point it left earth's atmosphere? I know that a obscure prog rock album has insane amounts of thrust/force/speed to get off the ground and into space, but could a record, already traveling at 40,000 feet doing 500+mph pull the nose up and just keep going? What if that Kasvot Växt was so f****** high that it just left the gravitational pull of the earth???!?

forget "all your base are belong to us", Kasvot Vaxt has exposed the wormholes to the alternate universe that smells like space should.

Very odd that all these reviews are coming out exactly 37 years after the album’s release... must be some weird space time thing, seeing as the universe is donut shaped.
