Incredible post/punk/experimental/synth cassette album from Belgium - for me, the entire album is just magical and like good wine, just ages in taste as we skip down the decades, but two tracks really stand out.
Their magnum opus, the nearly 14 minute long 'Up To Now' which is what I'd imagine King Tubby mixing the already dubbed out Bauhaus would sound like, as the lyrics say, "Dancing Slow, Dancing Fast' a dubbed out Disco-Not-Disco experimental gothic steppa that in places anticipates the post drum and bass/dubstep soundscape of the 2000s..
The second track is 'Filters of Destiny' which sounds uncannily like a minimal wave version of the French Avant-Garde beat combo Structures Sonores Lasry-Baschet and again, you have to remind yourself this was made in 1982 not 2002 or even 2022!
