Many Sire "Promo" pressings were not a variant pressing. The sticker was the only indicator.

I have two early vinyl pressings (pre 80’s) of Rocket To Russia LP. One copy has a brighter, almost hot pink lettering on the front cover. The other copy has a slightly darker, almost magenta lettering. The color difference is quite obvious when the records are placed side by side. Can anyone shed some light on this mystery for me? Much appreciated.

Got some skips as well, my copy seems solid so far, no scraps... nothing. so i think its not the player nor the condition of the vinyl.

Does anyone have a copy that has the same label on both sides? Mine has the side 1 label on both sides. I didnt see that mislabel on the versions above.
