All funk aside...and what a sweet funky house jam "F and D" is! "Planets".. is a really awesome deep house jam. Might want to check it out if you get a chance.
The K of K&M (Ken) taught me drums at school. He gave me a copy of Funk & Drive when they cut it and I remember him talking about it being on Buzz charts. Not long after that he stopped teaching drums at my school.
He was a cool teacher, I remember him getting me and a mate to do a cover of Young MC's "I got Rhymes".
The next drum teacher was a square and I gave it up. Props to Ken though cos this tune still rumps.
