The deep house percussive opener '‘Carafe Denim’' reminds me Joe Claussell's productions on Ibadan and Spiritual Life. It’s a spiritual chant than a strictly Balearic house tune. The aquatic Balearic boogie of ‘'Mamma Capes’' which continues the release has this indie, pop and rock shape of Talk Talk, Roxy Music, Bryan Ferry and other projects that their tunes played in the White Island back in the day. The first ‘interlude’ '‘Monster Skies’' lost in the tropical forest and experienced ambient sketches of African music. On the B Side Jura Soundsystem delivers ''Boogie Tune'', a track with West Coast's g-funk and modern funk flexibility on a deep and funky old school beat philosophy over Balearic keys passes that takes us back in early nineties. The second most Balearic moment for me, after ‘'Mamma Capes’', it is the next track ‘'Parrot Rhythmic Space Jam'’, its ambient house bassline and liquid intergalactic keys are prepared for seashored sessions.
