For anyone wary of the price tag I’ll pop in to say this pressing sounds very very good. No pressing defects that seem to be present on the recent re-worked release.
Well-mastered and no distortion on the vocals either! I miraculously picked this up for $80 at a local food bank’s annual fundraiser.- Ah Jens! I met you briefly around this time — so sad to learn that this never resulted in an actual release. I've become a lover and collector of records and songs since then. This is an incredible album--such a pity they got in trouble about the samples. I'm so annoyed that a mouse at my old apartment ate the cover...
This thing is going to shoot up in price like crazy now, isn't it? Should have bit the bullet when it was regularly going for less than $100 a few years ago....
This is a really lovely collection of songs, and SC really ought to consider doing a repress, even if only for a few hundred copies.
