Are there any plans for a vinyl rerelease? This year would make so much sense (30th anniversary).

I seem to remember the Mixmag review saying that it wasn't something for the "fluffy bra posse". If you remember them!
People, such sexism/classism wouldn't fly these days.
TBH I bought it and barely listened to it - had expected something more ambient and it was more dark and beat driven...
Not sure if it's really up there with the greats of ambient techno. Doesn't really bring much to the party in terms of innovation and too foreboding and paranoia inducing for a reliable comedown album. Reminds me of the disappointment I experienced when Massive Attack released Mezzanine and a lot of it was dark and menacing. Excuse the ramblings.
Worth a few quid if you've got the vinyl! And I'm listening now on Spotify and really enjoying its chilled out groove...

One of the core classic LP's from early 90's Electronica/Techno. Essential listening. I absolutely love this album. It.never ceases to be relevant, a masterpiece!

the same synthesizer sound can be heard in
Robert Leiner ‎– Out Of Control
              and
North Central Positronics ‎– Smell The Glove (1994)
both tracks apparently were released almost at the same time.

Obviously there is much more to this album than Aqua Viva... but I will always remember Derrick May playing this track at the best club in history, Pure in Edinburgh, around 1993. Visions of the Past still sounds fresher than much of his peers’ releases from this time- but I have to admit I play Aqua Viva at -8 these days....

i don't know why people call this a trance record. it is not a trance record at all really. it's just techno

                  anyways it is a masterpiece
