- Edited 11 years agoExcellent first record from this label, pretty interesting choice of artists considering their different sounds.
TRG has been nonstop with quality tracks lately and this is no exception. Skipping garage drums, cut up vocals, and enough sub-bass to keep all of the dubstep fans happy. The good vibe, ravey, light swing that TRG brings to the table is still quite a refreshing sound.
But the real highlight is Joker's track. His characteristic 8-bit influence is not to be found, but it is not missed. Instead he mixes anthemic soul vocals, a double time high hat, and huge hits bringing to mind a Diplomats instrumental more then any sort of dubstep. Really original, fun stuff here.
