This album is not mastered well on high frequencies if you compare to other Rammstein albums. Vocals are crisp though, so it was definitely the intent of the producer to make it so. Personally I do not feel that CD version is better, with a good stylus this album sounds exactly like CD, I'd say a little bit better due to less compression applied. So, my final review on the pressing is that you can make it sound like CD with a nice stylus, for example nagaoka mp150 or mp200. Though - lower range of nagaokas like mp110 will give you that feeling of 'where are the high frequencies? no hi hats at all'. I made a 1 to 1 comparison vinyl with a good stylus vs CD. The issue is the source, it's not that they messed up the vinyl version.

Sound quality is terrible! Buyers beware. This is such a shame for the artist.

I don't have any skipping issues however the sound is pretty flat and doesn't sound that great which is a shame.

I love Rammstein and this album is awesome, however on vinyl, I would agree with some of the other reviews. the sound quality is kind of flat when compared to other metal vinyl records. The mix just doesn't have the depth you would expect it to which is kind of disappointing. I will be keeping my copy tho as overall its a nice package with the minimalistic cover and the lyrics on the inner sleeves. the addition of the band pictures is a nice touch as well

Well... what can I say. I agree with most reviews here saying that the LP version of this album does not sound well. I don't know what went wrong with mastering of the vinyl version, but... it just sounds very "brickwall." Little to none dynamic range or separation of instruments... might as well keep listening to this on Spotify. Shame as it's a good album. I traded in my copy pretty quickly.
One other thing to note here is that this is a 12-inch 45 RPM pressing - there is nothing on the front cover to inform you about that (no stickers, etc.), except for a note in TINY PRINT on the bottom of back cover. So keep this in mind when buying.

I love my record, excellent pressing. I don't mind the compression, it's meant to sound this way. Nice pictures

This is the 4th album get by them, And continue to be floored by the quality and inventiveness of the music. I abhor Heavy Metal and honestly would not classify this music as such. Highly melodic and well thought incredible lyrics.
Here "Deutschland" is great but "Puppe" gets in my head to the point of feeling the fear of the puppe in his head. "Diamant" is awesome. These 3 tracks so far "got" me at first listen The rest will have to wait.
I'm 60+ yrs. old and believe me have heard a lot of bad music in my years. These guys have that "magic" that promises way more than what we have so far.
Maybe because I get by in German language , but really give them credit to have reached a worldwide audience that don't speak German is an incredible feat.
Having seen some concerts on video am so impressed by live stuff. As a kid we never had this quality shows, really incredible.
Gut gemacht guys!!! Keep it up, you are tops in my old mind.

Whilst I was enjoying this melodic, industrial rock, my mam happened to come home from church and see the front cover of the records sleeve. She was very dismayed. My mam thinks it is terrible that Rammstein are using their platform and influence to promote matches, as it may encourage young and impressionable fans like me to play with them, and commit heinous acts of arson like burning down a sacred place of worship. Then, when she looked on the back cover, and saw one of the songs was called "Sex", she got even crosser and immediately snapped the record in half and threw the record and its cover into the bin, while all I could do was cry, "No Mam, NO!!"
