I do not easily get urged to write reviews, but this record is an ABSOLUTE NO-BRAINER. Stellar music, quality pressing. This is something else.

Mine came without warp unlike other reviewers.

Mine has a lot of warp induced background noise. Sometimes it happens even with Pallas pressings.
I bought a replacement copy from the label a few months ago and it's better. This is what one should always do especially with these independent labels. Just buy another copy if you can, otherwise the label takes the hit or has to muddy up their relationship with the pressing plant and complain about busted up copies.

The album makes a strong impression. It has a strong emotional component that you understand and feel even without knowing Icelandic. The sound and structure of the tracks create a very holistic piece of music that catches from the first to the last track and is perfectly remembered. I applaud while standing!

If we talk about the quality of the LP-edition, then it is excellent. Heavy vinyl sounds impeccable, high quality print design. It's nice to see that the band got such a response and that such a number of listeners got the coveted record. On the other hand, the band set a very high standard both for themselves as composers and for the audience, who will evaluate them in the future. Time will tell how good they are. But there is no doubt about the current success of "Algleymi".

Vinyl sounds incredible and quiet. I prefer listening to the record over streams. I am not sure how many records was pressed but most online metal stores carry it. The packaging is nice as it comes with 6mm outer sleeve and 180 gram vinyl. I think this album is much better than their debut album.
