Based on the music and look, appears to be from 91/92 era. I suppose it could be a much later thing made to look like this era, however it's pretty convincing visually and sonically.

    One of my fav UK breakbeat releases. Very mysterious as nobody has a clue who is involved. All the tracks are very 1991, with a techno influence.

      Can somebody explain the significance of this track. Never heard of it. Why does everybody want it?

        From the track tempos and the use of Nicolette sample from Single Minded People, i'd say this is more likely a 1991 release than 1992.
