Notes

Fully Remastered Limited Edition Of 500 Copies. Hand-numbered on hype-sticker on front jacket.

Collaboration with British playwright Barry Bermange.

Manufactured in the E.U.

The tracklist on the sleeve incorrectly lists the tracks as:

A1 Running
A2 Land
A3 Falling
B1 Colour
B2 Sea

The tracklist as above has the correct names of the tracks.

When compared with the original recordings, all of the tracks have been edited with early fade-outs. Most tracks have lost a few seconds, but Falling and Land are over a minute shorter than the originals.

Terrible pressing. The vinyl is loud, although it's masked somewhat by the noisy hiss of the recording, the songs are cut short and despite processed to fade into one another, there is a very distinct pause between songs on side b. An absolute shame as the music itself is beautiful. Still, this is the only physical release we have... official or not. Damn.

Some motherfucker cut the finishing instrumental for over a minute on tracks Land and Falling....
Such arrogant deeds shouldn't happen in music.

go to cold spring - they got it for 27 sterling. uk no postage.
sound wise this is for those that like Robert Ashley's 'Purposeful Lady Slow Afternoon' or the early nurse stuff with lots of odd vocal recordings ala 'Dada X' or 'A short dip in the glory hole'.
i should add as per whitepk below the pressing is as terrible as the music is good and the music/sound is AMAZING
despite the above this is still recommended

The pressing of my copy is terrible. Very loud pops all over each side. As this is only available on vinyl this is very disappointing.

Has this been "remastered" from the BBC "Selected Radiophonic Works" series hosted by Richard Coles?

I don't see any BBC branding on the release.

              Is this a bootleg?
