Overall, much more successful of an album then the first Soul Center. And it's longer. Brinkmann really did a solid job with this album. Almost like Gas would do to dub techno this sort of would almost be that type of dub but really a minimal approach to techno using soul/p-funk etc type sample. They were forced in the first album where here, they feel fluid and more on the mark. While I still like his Max Ernst style stuff better you cant deny the quality, funk and take on these Soul Center albums. Nearing 25 years old on these. Makes me feel old. 73/100 score
