- Edited 16 days agoI feel that this is better than the other Rootsman collaboration "City of Djinn", which despite the beautiful vinyl cover art, is a limited release in that the tracks are really short and don't have time to breathe. "Amahar" on the other hand has much longer tracks that plateau or evolve in stately fashion. A very good album. It was hit and miss with Muslimgauze, which given the sheer number of releases, is not surprising. This one is a hit in my view.
