A pretty sweet dollar-bin find here that skips around from stomping house to twiddly soundscapes without sounding forced. With a handful of short ambient pieces scattered throughout, the main focus here is on sprawling house tracks like "Dark Intervals", which is a great builder of a track with a smattering of tribal vocals. "Innocence and Inspiration" and "Strange Lives" thump along with heavy doses of flute and piano - this stuff would have been right at home on contemporaneous labels like Tribal, Pagan, or Strictly Rhythm. The main attraction is the booming Sound Factory-esque "So As I Live... So Am I Deep" - big stomping drums with a trancey squibble thrown in on top. The only bad spot is a terribly boring downtempo joint ("Thrill"), but it's easily skipped. The ambient pieces are well-done too, especially the long closing track "Elemental Dreams". All around a nice little obscurity, and probably sitting in a bargain bin near you!
