Reviews
- Amazing album and the added fact it's on 2 LP makes it better. It is a pain to fit into an outer sleeve though. Vocals do sound muddy at times (namely Hey Ladies). Overall, instrumentals sound punchy. Can't recommend it enough.
- I have the 20th Anniversary which sounds great (minus the many pops in ShakeYour Rump) and this edition is bumping - loud and thick. I had to lower the bass and increase the treble on my system to hear the vocals more clearly. This remaster muddies the vocals just a bit, but over the sound is great.
- I bought the cassette when it first came out in ‘89 and the CD in the 90’s, then the 20th anniversary vinyl reissue in 2009.
The 20th anniversary edition sounded great, but is long lost (as are my other copies), so I picked this one up and - to my ears - this sounds like the best version yet. - Should there be a version with Violet colored vinyl. I believe it's the exact same as this version except the color of the vinyl.
