How has this never had a vinyl release?!

Walk Like a Panther - No Return - Beat Goes On (single version please) - 1st Man In Space - Happy Birthday Nicola/Plastic Diamond are all just brilliant songs.

There were a lot of truly terrible Big Beat albums released around this time. This wasn't one of them. Not least because it's 95% not Big Beat.

A highly underrated entry in the canon of great British dance music from the 90s.

The All Seeing I made quite a fuzz in the scene with their first two singles THE BEAT GOES ON (Sadly the album version is almost completely different than the single version, although it's good too) and WALK LIKE A PANTHER featuring Tony Christie (The late 90s were a great time to introduce our parents' favourite singers to a new generation). Sadly they disappeared immediately after their first and only album.

Too bad, because PICKLED EGGS & SHERBET still bangs 24 years later! Although even back then it wasn't a genre defining masterpiece. More like a last hurrah of a sound that was slowly going out of style. (Even Big Beat overlord Fatboy Slim would release a more House oriented album the very next year.) But dear lord, it's fun! Banging and groovy and very British. Just as I like it.

Bit of a lost & forgotten gem this one. 5 Jarvis Cocker written songs, one of which he takes lead vocals!
