Notes

The vinyl is housed in a picture sleeve and a printed inner sleeve with lyrics and credits, including individual track performance credits. There is also a poly-lined white paper inner. The release comes with a download code, which is on a sticker attached to the printed inner sleeve. A round hype sticker on the shrinkwrap gives details of artist, title, label and cat # as well as saying "Includes Download Code".
