One of my favourite old skool classix! Just goes to show that no matter how old, no matter how cheesey the retro beasts such as this can still produce a dancefloor full of 'chesire cat' grins! This tune is such a hot temptation that just drops right in. One the hip wigglers ever made! Deconstruction is a dynamite label for producing some of the best blasts from past. Unbelieveably, i picked up this record in a good condition for a mere 19p, BARGAIN! Time won't take my love away!!!!

The name 'Ride on time' came about because the members of 'Black Box' are Italian and didn't have the best grasp of English.
The vocals which were used on the song are from 'Loleatta Holloway - Love Sensation'
The band members were not aware that the lyrics were 'your right on time' not 'your ride on time'
I think the bands English must have been pretty bad as 'your ride on time' does not make any sense at all.
'Black Box' have talked about this in many interviews, and they say they can laugh about it now.
