This double album was recorded during five concerts in Beijin and Shanghai in October 1981, the first performances of contemporary music ever given in the People's Republic of China
"Nuit À Shanghai", "Harpe Laser", "Arpegiateur", "Orient Express", "Souvenir De Chine" and "Jonques De Pêcheurs Au Crépuscule" were composed especially for this occasion.

This is a repress with the same exact catalogue number as the original, only difference being center labels (using "oriental style" fonts)
