Reviews
- One of my fondest memories and favorite records of the early rap era. Love most things this label released but this might be my favorite of all of them.
As other reviewers have noted, the music is a replayed take on Kraftwerk's "Man Machine", and because it was replayed, and not sampled, it's barely recognizable...for example, the bass-line here was played with lots of funky embellishments unlike the KW original. - Edited 6 years agoGot to be the ultimate Fearless Four track- as sampled in De La Soul's 'Cool Breeze On The Rocks' collage for 3 Feet High & Rising. Top notch electro production that just never lets go, the rhymes are on point, analog bass is stupid fresh & it just gets better & better with age. Review the run out etchings and label info when looking for this exact copy- many similar re-issues exist & all varying slightly, this ones hard to find in decent condition. Classic!
