I just love these softly sweeping piano landscapes! Excellent work. Only thing I don't like in this release is the back cover, which lacks the tracklisting. Instead it has the completely unnecessary and needless massive part of biography, that really should be rather in the front inner sleeve! But just guess what is in the inner sleeve? Yes. The tracklisting. Horrible, horrible, horrible designing!- This collection of new material sees HB at probably his most consistently active. Rather than spaces and chords and changes in keyboard textures we get ten 'bare' piano pieces without ambient accompaniment or embellishment and plenty of fluid movement across the keys. The sound is still unmistakably HB and provides a counterpoint to much of his other rigidly stylised releases up to that point. Recommended as usual!
