The work was initially available as an Advance Preview Limited Edition of 296 copies. This edition, by Just Dreams, is a First Limited Edition of 240 copies in super jewel box style DVD case with a magazine-size booklet (38 pages).
The Well-Tuned Piano is a composition by La Monte Young that began in 1964 and has extended since. This DVD is subtitled "In Magenta Lights", which refers to the light-installation that Marian Zazeela is responsible for.

I've never watched it all in one sitting, but once in a while it's fun to watch/listen for an hour or two. Would love to watch it on an 84" TV with the theater sound! I got the one from their website signed with a poster. Not sure why it never got a wider release.
