Edited 6 months agoAlthough the music is great, be aware that there are a number of copies of this CD circulating that are clearly bootleg copies.
The notes are a photocopy that is off-colour and with faded printing.
The printing even reproduces an image of the original staples!
The disc itself has completely different artwork to every other Classics "Chronogical" CD.
Searching for clues as to why this giant of an artist is not more widely known? Anyone... ? Gender, perhaps? This compilation may not solve the mystery but it will make you wonder as well.
