there's a long running theme of Japanese just not caring for vinyl as much as Americans, a lot of these vintage OSTs are gonna be CD only, i dont care much for vinyl but it'd be dope

It's 2020, how is this not on vinyl yet I don't know. Easily one of the best video game OSTs of all time, and definitely the greatest racing game soundtrack.

Fantastic soundtrack to a late 90's arcade racer on the PS1.

A real good vibe mixture of acid jazz, house, techno and liquid/jazzy D&B with touches of funk and soul; even if gaming is not your interest or a genre of gaming itself, it's worth digging into.

Kimara Lovelace's vocals on 'Urban Fragments' and 'Ridge Racer - One More Win' are great too.

This soundtrack is a more than just a nostalgia flash for me; it's probably one of the influences on why am listening to dance music today and I thank the Namco Sound Team for this.
