I was able to find a very reasonably priced strong VG of this edition. I was blown away by how vibrant this was and how it pushed through the minimal surface noise due to the vinyl’s condition. Very enjoyable! Even better than my strong VG US 1st. I was concerned that the Canadian edition might be a bit muddy as I purchased a mono Axis 1st previous and found it to a bit meh in that respect. Not with this one! Also, I think the tricolor label is cool which is usually something I could care less about. Maybe I like the nostalgia of the old label in lieu of other new tricks (like colored vinyl). Thumbs up for this one if you can find In reasonable condition and at a reasonable price which ain’t easy.

It was already a perfectly mixed album from the start, but this pressing has amazing bass and Winwood and Hendrix cut like a knife without being harsh.
