⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Some great alternative versions from this short lived Mothers ensemble on the road. Some of the recordings are a little bit rough around the edges, but still a very listenable, enjoyable and interesting collection from Frank's own tape reels. Worth it for the Trident studio sessions alone. Essential? Almost

Historic (?) - at least, not essential for me. Just compiled tape material from the vault with some interesting early variations of tracks published years later (e.g. Wonderful Wino). Official live releases from this era (e.g. Fillmore East, JABFLA) are way better. So, very disappointing for me with lots of uninteresting redundancy.
