Not my favourite Bowie album by any means, but in terms of quality I have to agree with the majority of other people here, its one of the finest records in terms of quality, I have ever bought. I've got MOV #000239, silver vinyl (heard there were a few rogue blue ones floating around) and the sound quality is just fantastic.
Must admit I do have a bit of brand loyalty towards MoV, as they are usually very on the ball with their pressings.
I just got my new silver coloured copy number 9314. Just like many of the other positive comments here mine sounds really good and the pressing is of high quality with virtually no noise. It was well worth it.
Received mine in the mail yesterday from the UK -- sounds great, as others have noted. Full, crisp, and with a depth missing on my old cd. And it's only #795, so the higher numbers others got weeks ago don't seem to indicate a run that's going out of print anytime soon.
