Edited 2 months agoI'm heartbroken by Terry Hall passing....i grew up listening to The Specials, The Colourfield, Fun Boy Three and especially his solo records and i always thought his voice was one of the best out there.
To me "Home" and "Laugh" are pop masterpieces, full of memorable tracks sang with his unique timbre and lyrics full of pathos.
I was recently hoping to hear some new music from him and now this sad news....
It's going to be hard now to listen to his songs without shedding a tear...
"Forever T."- This is a duplicate of the other vinyl RSD listing....
- Was the sleeve put together wrong or weird on this release? Mine is the same as the images on here, the back sleeve looks strange. The front sleeve wraps around the back, should it have been folded in?
Edited 2 years agoAs so often these days, this vinyl release is also warped. Beside this it sounds fine to me.
Some great tracks on here and Terry of course makes some sound miserable - but isn't that what we like about him?
