Fantastic sound quality. After a couple of plays all of the small pops went away.- Edited 4 years agoI'm not a Manson fan but I like a few of his albums. The deluxe looked beautiful so unaware of what the music would be I pre-ordered it. Then that vinyl got delayed (twice already) but It came with a download so I burned a CD of that and played it in my car. After the first listen I was NOT disappointed. So I went out and bought the official CD yesterday as I prefer a 'hard copy' with all the art AND it has 2 bonus tracks. Played that on my excellent stereo setup. And that's when I experienced the album in all it's audiosonic glory. So I now ordered the red and the white vinyl albums as well. What a mighty good album !!!
Edited 4 years agoThis record is a fucking masterpiece, will be up there with the Triptych. Don't worry if you didn't get the mp3 downloads, it sounds like shit compared to the vinyl. Get the slipmat, the poster, or any other deal on MM's website that offers the FLAC or WAV downloads instead. Much closer to the real thing, worth getting for this one.
Whoa... duplicate entries galore already! Hope the discogs community is ready for some clean-up and merging and purging.
