Show All 17 Reviews- Did anyone buy this from 1234gorecords here on Discogs? It just seems very odd that they have 90 pieces in stock when it very rare everywhere else...
- Edited one month agoAs many others have said this sounds incredible. Dynamics and soundstage are first rate. I can’t fault it. Bass is controlled and deep, drums kick hard and there is a huge 3d soundstage. Wish all records sounded this good. It helps of course that it is an amazing album that is not only surreal and weird but massively listenable and emotional. First clas all round.
- Just got this today. Knew this version was something special as soon as One More Robot came on. The pressing is clean as a whistle and sounds fantastic.
- Agree with others that this pressing sounds so good. Rich, detailed, simply incredible. There were so many details that I didn't remember from my 100s of time listening to this on CD or streaming. For the price you're not going to get better. It sounds audiophile grade to me.
- Edited 5 months agoI have to echo what other members have said here. This particular pressing sounds amazing, it doesn't have any of the compression heard on the CD version. If you happen to see a copy out and about in the wild, do yourself a favor and grab it!
- Edited 5 months agothis pressing sounds INSANE, better than some “audiophile” grade records i own. i’ve never heard a record sound this full and detailed on my soundsystem without adjusting eq. midway through this album i went to see how it would sound with the bass turned down, only to find out the eq was neutral the whole time - blew my mind and made me appreciate the album even more. idk how they knocked it so far out of the park with this one but THIS is how all records should sound these days!
- Absolutely stellar. Holy shit, one of the few pressings I'd say genuinely sounds better than digital or streaming. Flawless
- As everyone else has already said—this pressing is phenomenal! The bass is huge and the overall dynamics are astounding. The best I’ve ever heard this album sound. Get it while you can!
