- Tee Scott on the mix! Takes Spank to another place ... How did Began Cecik get away with all the 'covers' back in the day? He's always listed as the writer of other people's songs, and they must have sold in the 1000s as these One Way 12"s are very common, even today.
- If the riff were original, i.e. not just lifted from Jimmy Bo Horne, it would be a huge classic. As it stands, though, both tracks are just good remixes of Spank. This could explain why it's not uber expensive.
- this record is grossly under valued considering how much a lot of 12"s
are fetching these days that aren't even half as good as this one is.
Change Position 88 is the killer dance floor bender here. I highly recommend this to anyone who has not heard it yet. Quality shit.
