Reviews
- Edited 6 years agoThe track "Behind Closed Doors" was featured in the movie "Every Which Way But Loose"
It was the first time I heard this song and from then on I was a great Charlie Rich fan. A truly greatly missed artist. - Nothing In The World (To Do With Me) is an older track (1968) - personnel unknown. everything else is recorded 1971 - 1973
Drums: Jerry Carrigan
Bass guitar: Henry Strzelecki
Upright bass: Henry Strzelecki and/ or Bob Moore
Piano: Hargus "Pig" Robbins
Steel guitar: Pete Drake
Electric and acoustic guitars: N/A
possibly: Ray Edenton, Jimmy Capps, Bill Sanford, Tommy Allsup, Glen Keener, Jerry Kennedy, Pete Wade Almost all acoustic guitars sound the same! ugh - This is an excellent country album from 1973. Behind Closed Doors and The Most Beautiful Girl and instant classics and probably as responsible as any other artist for the merger of pop and country to come in the 1980s.
