- Saw 2xLP and thought it would be the album split over four sides. Bad idea to add remixes, etc.
When is the 45rpm version over two (or more?) sides?? - Of course, i don't have the CD so i can't fairly compare, but this press sounds absolutely fine every time i play it. Don't get the complaints really. The only real reason i see to prefer the CD is because you don't have to flip it in the middle, which is the trickiest things about this album. It sounds marvelous, but with nearly all tracks there's a transition of sorts into the next. Apart from that, this vinyl sounds very good and don't let anyone disencourage you to leave it in a bin. If you find this decently priced it's a great addition to your collection, especially with the booklet and bonus tracks
- This is one of the best albums ever to be made! ...but how this pressing (and the previous one by Music on Vinyl) ever could go through the quality control is a mystery! This sounds absolutely horribly tinny and distorted at times.
- As pretty as the splatter vinyl is to look at, my CD of this album sounds a hundred times better. You can hear it right away on the first track ("Circuitry of the Wolf"), which has a heavy, rumbling low end that's just not there on the vinyl.
- In case anyone wanted to know, this edition uses the same stampers for disc 1 as the previous MOV release from 2016, as evidenced by the "MOVLP1607" in the runout ... sounds good to me but I thought we might have got a remaster.
