The desert night chills, the night creatures don't come out of hiding. Fog from the plain drifts, spilling over the walls and down through the arroyo. Tumbling, spilling, ghostly apparitions of the waters that carved this gully. Spilling down to pool, twisting, coalescing, taking form. A face, so familiar but just out of reach. Cheeks you've touched, eyes you've looked into. The face is your face. But not the you in the mirror, not the you that only you see. The you that others see. But which you is actually you, and which is the mirror image. And does it matter. It's only fog, suspended water molecules, a vapor. A a spilling wave, sweeping us away.
Great release based on the fusion of jazz, electronics and ambient music, including vocoder. Digital tracks sound neat and clean, while vinyl version suffers some noise, especially those parts where bass plays heavy (tried on different set ups).
