Being an admirer of the movie I have to say that this vinyl version has exceeded my expectations. Great pressing with punch, dynamics and excellent definition where you perceive with notoriety everything in its place. Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles or James Brown make listening a real party. Stop reading and buy it now!
One of the best sounding records in my collection. Very well mastered, and as others have pointed out, same mastering as the Music On Vinyl pressing. Very nice.

Okay, yeah the pressing the sound it's all great but man does this collection of songs get you shaking rattling and rolling? It's the Blues Brothers!

The sound quality of this record is excellent. It's also free of any surface noise.
Edited 3 years agoI have the Walmart release and gotta say I'm very impressed. I've seen/heard good and bad releases come from the big chain. This one though sounds fresh and is dead quiet on my system. A++++- Don`t ever buy this piece of crap (blue one). Recorded from mp3 I guess. Flat and inexpressive sound. DR is incredibly compressed. Shame on them.
Stellar mastering and pressing. Cannot fault anything about the release.- My copy (printed in the Netherlands) came with a black, lined inner sleeve
