- Just accidently picked this up for less than £1, What a great EP. All 3 tracks are of the highest quality. Deep & Hypnotic
- That bassline of Paper Moon is pure magic! Timeless classic. I think that rattling sound of the intro was sampled from "Chocolate Milk - Action Speaks Louder Than Words" (1975).
- Tracktion is the one for me. First heard on a Laurent Garnier Essential Mix. Love the way it subtly builds. Fine piece of vinyl and superbly produced.
- I think there is enough talk about 'Paper Moon' which obviously is a huge classic and has aged really wel. Hypnotic and deep, but a few weeks back I discovered the B side. Tracktion is really amazing as well and will suck you right into ecstasy. Glad I bought this for €18 two years ago but I would definitely pay up for this one. Deserves a repress because this record should be accessible to all.
- Almost 10 years ago, Harry the Bastard - Club H Volume 2 turned me onto "Paper Moon", which I only now realize never made it from the CD mix onto the vinyl compilation. A real shame. A perfect deep house song. I wonder if I will ever be able to own this track on vinyl.
"Paper Moon" was played by Edowa Shimizu at The Loft, Ukranian National Home, 20Aug2022. - Edited 2 years agoOutstanding record (Tracktion). Reminds of the kinda thing Kenny Larkin was doing at the time.
- Getting hard to find at a sensible price now, this would be a great choice for a reissue label, absolute classic record.
- Edited 5 years agoA few moments into hearing paper Moonback in 1994 I was ready to go to the Limelight. This track is truly deep and brings a hypnotic state of trance into the groove. A must listen to have if you want to experience true music at it's best.
