Notes
First edition of 1,000 copies.
Silk-screen and letterpress-printed cover (the white run was silk-screen printed, the red and black runs were printed letterpress), hand-numbered No. 0001-1000. Labels, inner sleeve, large insert with credits, and reply card were also printed letterpress. The large credit insert has original band name "Africa Corps" crossed out in four places with solid lines, and new band name "Savage Republic" overprinted at bottom. Also includes two photocopied inserts, one with band photo hand-painted, plus a small two-sided insert featuring artwork by drummer Mark Erskine and IPR mailorder insert. There are two subtle variations to the red run on the cover, as the linoleum blocks needed to be re-made part way through the run. Additional unnumbered and imprinted copies made for promotion.
Inner sleeve also stamped and numbered.
The name of the band does not appear on the front or back cover.

Reviews
- For me, this was a gateway record from punk into art-punk territories. I remember my friend playing it for me in 1989. I was captivated. It was unlike anything I heard before. About a week later, I found a copy outside of a head shop in a pile of records. I was so stoked. I still have it. Incredible record.
