47 minutes on one LP and a negative review here stating "blanket over speakers" had me worried but black friday saw this hit £17 on Amazon UK which was too hard to refuse. This for me remains Ozrics best album bar none even if im not a die hard fan. This pressing does it justice though.

The vinyl manufacturing level is highest of quality. For a pink and somewhat marbled effect vinyl its remarkably low of noise floor which is crucial for a 47min single LP which is obviously lower in volume as a result. Thats its bang on centre and ruler flat is NOT a given in 2023. Zero non fills or press defects. One pop and thats all across rhe entire 47mins. In 2023 this is as good as you can possibly ask for in a sea of crappy vinyl quality out there and it truly betters many of my UHQR 1 Step and top tier presses from top tier labels.
The mastering then.... Blanket?.... no. Audiophile reference demo disc?.... no. Decent?..... Yes!
I means there are no nasties here. No skeewiff tonality. Decent clarity. Imaging and depth are excellent and perhaps the strongest aspect.
Its very crankable with zero fatigue for me. And all this on my humble 2M Ted equipped Project. No major IGD either with this cart. Switch to the olde Pioneer with Shure/SAS tip and i can honestly say this sounds quite excellent.
One of the best £17 ive spent in a long time, when LPs prices have inflated like mad of late and often come defective in multiple ways.
    Chuffed!

Sounds like somebody threw a blanket over the whole mix. Drums and bass are the worst. So muddy...ugh. Turn it up as loud as possible to help make up for it. Quiet pressing at least. Pink vinyl version.

As with the original vinyl release, this remastered version does not have the track Half Light in Thillai.
